Return of products:

You have 30 days after delivery of your order to request a return and receive a refund. Make sure you are still on time!

The return request is made via the returns form available in your Account in the order details.

Once our team has received your return request, we will examine it and send you a pre-paid return label by email. The refund will be made within 1 month.

Please note: after the legal 30-day period, only a proven failure or malfunction can justify a return and replacement of the product.
